I think the more people vocalize what they’re going through - their experience or just simply educating themselves to understand themselves better - that’s going to be the key to creating a conversation about mental illness and making it more understood, and less stigmatised.

Taking a deep conscious breath when you feel anxiety is like pressing CTRL ALT DEL on your nervous system.

You may not be able to control everthing that happens around you, but with practice, you can learn to make the choice on how you respond to it
